Valentine’s only few days away~! Hope everything’s on track for you and your love ones.
As promised here’s the second part of Valentine’s Love poem. I know this is a little short on time but I still hope it’ll be some help. This time I managed to come up with about 4 on my own. I think I’m getting the hang of this already, I just might keep on writing. However, I may need a little of your comments. Therefore, please if you have some extra time to spare, leave your comments. I don’t even mind constructive ones because I can get a little corny at times.
Burning like fire the passion
That’s what love’s like
It may warm your heart and soul
Or burn your house and toys
You can never tell
But I’m going to take those chances
If it’s for my love of you

Even time passes too soon
Even if it stands still unmoved
In bewilderment, confusion and in various crosswalks
I still believe of what we had is so true
That it’ll get through
Just about anything
And our two loving hearts will meet again,
no matter when
no matter how
In dreams, reality and immortality
This passion and love will carry us through
And from here on, I’ll love you
And I’ll keep on loving you

I’m in love to the point of sadness
It grieves seeing you ain’t there
I can’t hide it anymore,
All this pain it causes me
Your sweet scent lingers every minute
I want to be with you more,
Together with you
I’ve been searching… for only you…

It might be years
Decades, a millennium if age permits
And life repeats
Every single kisses counts
And touches and traces lingers
Will reminds me of you
It’s sweet, it’s everlasting
If I was given the chance of dying and born again
Life after life
I would only wish for one thing
To fall in love with you
Over and over again
Thanks for being here with me

If questioning would make us wise
No eyes would ever gaze in eyes;
If all our tale were told in speech
No mouths would wander each to each.
Were spirits free from mortal mesh
And love not bound in hearts of flesh
No aching breasts would yearn to meet
And find their ecstasy complete.
For who is there that lives and knows
The secret powers by which he grows?
Were knowledge all, what were our need
To thrill and faint and sweetly bleed?.
Then seek not, sweet, the “If” and “Why”
I love you now until I die.
For I must love because I live
And life in me is what you give

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday’s
Most quiet need, by sun and candlelight.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood’s faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death
By Elizabeth Barrett Browning: How Do I Love Thee?

Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you
But in your dreams whatever they be
Dream a little dream of me.

Let the world stop turning,
Let the sun stop burning,
Let them tell me love’s not worth going through.
If it all falls apart,
I will know deep in my heart,
The only dream that mattered had come true
…In this life I was loved by you.
