Excessive shyness can be detrimental to a person’s social life. In so many ways, it can deteriorate a person’s potential, confidence and self-esteem. Shyness can be a natural attribute of a person and it can also be accumulated over time due to many contributive reasons such as upbringing and life experiences.

However, what I want to bring forth today is a specific issue of shyness. Some guys find it hard to even talk to girls due to their extreme shyness.
