Excessive shyness can be detrimental to a person’s social life. In so many ways, it can deteriorate a person’s potential, confidence and self-esteem. Shyness can be a natural attribute of a person and it can also be accumulated over time due to many contributive reasons such as upbringing and life experiences.
However, what I want to bring forth today is a specific issue of shyness. Some guys find it hard to even talk to girls due to their extreme shyness. Much less of when you’re trying to talk them out for a date! But, there’s nothing much to worry really. Being shy when it comes to love isn’t something abnormal. As a matter of fact, it’s absolutely common. It just happens when you are actually thinking of how the counterpart will react or how you are going to cope if you’re being rejected.
Recurring failure of trying to get a date with your dream girl or guy can be frustrating. It will be more frustrating when it happens due to your shyness (which sometimes even leads to some embarrassing moments). However, not all these are the reasons for you to give up just like that. You’ve got to get the strategy right to get your problems solved.

The world makes a mark again on 8th March 2009. It is a day of celebration for all women worldwide. Yes, it is the International Women’s Day which is so called the major day to celebrate on a global scale on the economic, political and social achievements of all women.
The first International Women’s Day was on the 19th March in the year 1911 (and not on the 8th March as being celebrated now) and it all started due to a string of events that involved political aspects. To be exact, it relates back to the issue of the women’s voting rights. The International Women Day too is renowned as the first of spring holiday since there a big number of countries in the world considered the first day of spring season on the early days of March. It was later in 1913 that the International Women’s Day was transferred to 8 March every year and it has remained as the global date for the celebration up until now. In 1975, International Women’s Day was given official recognition by United Nations and is being taken up by many governments as a national holiday ever since. The countries include China, Belarus, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Ukraine, Vietnam and a few more countries.

This time, I’ll provide a string of love quotes that you can write down on pieces of paper or small cards to have it attached to gifts and flowers, or even carved on plates and silver bangles (the short ones, of course).

There might not be the need for secret communication between lovers today that there was in Victorian times, but sending a message of love and affection via a flower bouquet can still be a touching gesture. Since ancient times, meanings have been attached to different varieties of flower. Want to tell your beloved how you feel by send flowers without saying a word? Here are some meaning of flowers that can help you do just that.
Red roses are the quintessential flower messengers of passionate love. Pink roses bespeak happiness, love, and gratitude. A yellow rose is often interpreted as a signal of friendship, but it can also send a message of jealousy or joy. A peach rose says, “Let’s close the deal.”
